Inclusive Learning Programmes

Create Your Inclusive Workplace

Our comprehensive learning programmes cover a wide range of topics, including equity and inclusion training and unconscious bias.


We also offer the longer-term "Advancing Equity" programme, which explores key areas like anti-racism, cultural humility, and ableism. It can be completed in approximately nine months, depending on the organisation's needs.


Additionally, our "Mindful Inclusion" programme provides easily digestible learning on diverse topics, such as perimenopause, menopause, trans inclusion, generational diversity, and burnout through infographics and short 5-minute videos.

Advancing Equity

 Advancing Equity is a blended learning programme that uses various learning tools, including workshops, facilitated conversations, self-reflection, and online modules. It helps learners gain insights over time, leading to sustainable, long-term cultural change.

 Mindful Inclusion offers concise bitesize learning tools for organisations to promote and increase awareness of specific areas and identities, fostering inclusive behaviours in the workplace.
