Paula is an established specialist in equity and inclusion and brings a wealth of expertise cultivated over 15 years in both the private and public sectors.

In her previous role as the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, she drove the strategic implementation of EDI initiatives. Furthermore, her substantial experience with renowned legal firms Herbert Smith Freehills and White & Case, both in the UK and globally, has enriched her expertise.
