Equity and Inclusion workshop

Our equity and inclusion training covers all of the essentials to help your employees have a greater understanding of equity and inclusion and their role in ensuring the workplace is a fair and equitable environment for all.

The learning outcomes from the programme are:

• Understanding of the equality legislation and its main components including the Human Rights Act 1998, Gender Recognition Act 2004, Autism Act 2009, Equality Act 2010, including the Worker Protection Act (2024) and Carer's Leave Act 2024.

• Understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion
• An introduction to unconscious bias
• What are Inclusive Behaviours
